Hungary eyeing smart city headstart with 5G network

The country of Hungary is looking to soon launch an efficient 5G network with the help of technology corporation ZTE, and become a European hub for 5G development. With the foundations of the revolutionary network laid out early, smart solutions in transportation, education, healthcare and administration are sure to follow, officials hope.

“From the end user’s side, there is a huge difference that you will be able to feel because, under 5G, the technology can change the living style of people, the whole world will be connected and the Internet speed will be much, much faster,” explained Liu Xiaokang, CEO of ZTE Hungary, in an article in New China News Agency.
