Japan and Brazil see mutual benefits in exploring Japanese infrastructure investment opportunities in the biggest South American country. For Brazil it would mean a significant economic stimulation that could help the country out of its recession. With economic cooperation in the transport, logistics, information technology and energy sector, the Brazilian government also hopes to increase exports of agricultural products to Japan.
