Climate agreement signed in Kigali

The agreement is about reducing the emissions of potent chemicals used in air conditioners and refrigerators which will expectedly prevent 0,5 degrees of global warming. The chemical HFC (hydrofluorocarbons) used in these gadgets is especially harmful for the ozon layer. The agreement will also contribute to reach the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The landmark deal was signed by nearly 200 countries in Kigal Rwanda on October, 15th.
