Although cities are among the places most vulnerable to the effects of climate change, they are still mostly unprepared to deal with these challenges. To counter this problem, 100Resilient Cities and WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities have teamed up to help cities “build resilience into their very foundations” and find possibilites to finance such projects.
