Connected-smart-home company Nest, after the resignation of CEO Tony Fadell, is planning to move forward by producing a new set of home-security gadgets.
Creating a more complete range of devices is said to benefit the customer who will not have to mix and match appliances made by various companies.
The new products include a home-security alarm system with window and door sensors, a key chain to operate the alarm system, and a smart doorbell with a camera. Some of Nest’s already available products will also be upgraded, with the Indoor Cam, for example, being able to recognize specific people.
