The city of Boston has launched a new beta portal “Analyze Boston” for its inhabitants to access public information. Hopes are to promote the application of open data by the public as well as citizens’ engagement. The platform where data has been well sorted into major topics, improves public transparency. Further it is a tool for public agencies to communciate local developments to the population.
