Just days after New York State announced to spend $150 million on clean energy projects (via Bloomberg), the city of New York has launched a new community solar scheme. Called “Solarize NYC”, the programme aims to expand access to solar power and is the latest initiative to incentivize the consumption of clean energy among New Yorkers.
