The typhoon named “Haima” hit the Philippines on late Wednesday night. Haima hit coastal towns with winds of 225 km/h and wind gusts of up to 315 km/h. It was one of the most powerful storms that has ever hit the Philippines. Fortunately deaths have not been reported so far but school, homes and crops were destroyed.
