The OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) has started a two-year project called “Going Digital” that examines how the digital transformation affects policy making across the broadest possible range of fields and topics. The OECD project participants will work with governments, businesses, the labour and civil society to develop policies use the power of the digital revolution for the OECD members and developing countries, since the benefits of the digital economy are not distributed equally. The overall question is whether the digital revolution contributes to global economic growth and improves human well-being or not.
