The Swedish architecture firm Utopia proposes an indoor park in the middle of Stockholm as an idea for non-commercial public spaces. Especially with regard to the prolonged cooler seasons in the north there is a major need for spaces that serve as non-commercial and public indoor environments. By introducing this idea they plan to enhance a wider discussion on existing and future public environments.
