“RAIN” is a project worked on by European researchers and experts which includes the development of mitigation tools to enhance the security of European infrastructure networks and make them more resilient to extreme weathers. Crises due to extreme weather conditions need to be anticipated at an early stage. At the same time it is important to return to normality when the weather crisis is over. That is what resilience is about.
