“Resilient Oakland: It Takes a Town to Thrive”, the resilience playbook, was written in partnership with 100 Resilient Cities. Oakland, CA, became the 19th city in the world to release such a strategy. The playbook is supposed to make Oakland better prepared for natural disasters, to mitigate housing insecurity, educational disparity and to enhance community safety, among other things.
