One of the world’s most famous tourist destination, Dubai is all set to introduce Robot Cops in its policing system. The Robocops will work in partnership with the city’S police department and will include cameras,nightscope, facial recognition, Laser Scanner and GPS systems among others. They will also be able to spot people from 10m to 20m and will be able communicate with them as well as collect fines. The project is being jointly developed by Dubai Police, IBM and Google which will use IBM’s AI technology Watson in an attempt to create a virtual assistant sytem.
