Siemens Wind Power subsidiary company will provide an entire offshore wind power plant solution for the first time. The solutions include foundations for the EnBW “Hohe See” offshore wind project. EnBW has also made a final investment decision for the 497 MW offshore wind power plant. Siemens will start the installation of the wind park at a site 90 km north of Borkum in the North Sea in the beginning of 2018. 71 wind turbines will be installed at a water depths of up to 40 meters.
