With Scam ID and Scam Block, T-Mobile is introducing patent-pending technology to their products that analyzes calls against a global database of scammers. Incoming calls are either labeled as Scam when suspicion is justified or, with Scam Block, never reach the customer in the first place. The technology is built into the T-Mobile network, and will therefore be free of charge.
