Tel Aviv as future hub for smart city technology?

The city of Tel Aviv plans to turn one of its neighborhoods into a beta side for startups to test their new smart city technologies. The openess of the city’s residents for new technologies and the fact that it is not too huge in size are said to be ideal circumstances for this project.
