Tesla is touring Australia with their Tiny House to increase renewable energy adoption and educate visitors on how to generate, store, and use solar power for themselves.
The house is completely powered by renewables, has a 2-kilowatt-hour rooftop solar panel system and Tesla’s home battery, the Powerwall. Visitors can use the equipment to design their own home energy solutions at several stops in major Australian cities at key events such as Melbourne’s Federation Square and the Eco-Living Fair in Sydney on Sunday.
“We want to bring the Tesla Tiny House to you, so you can fully experience what it means to be self-powered,” a spokesperson said.
