The Jo & Joe venues developed by the Accor Hotel group and the design studio Penson introduce a new way of housing for urban nomads. Different shared and individual housing options will be offered in 50 venues by 2020. Each venue will be adopted to the locality while they all feature a similar structure and an innovative concept. The aim is to provide housing that does not only fulfill basic needs but also offers a range of activities, possibilities to immerse into the city life, and that allows for exchange with locals.
