The Netherlands: an overlooked hotbed for logistics robots

Despite great technological achievements in the development of logistics robots, the Netherlands receives little publicity for its research and development efforts on road, sea or rail. While much is written about warehouse robots or delivery drones, Dutch experiments with self-driving trucks, autonomous delivery boats on Amsterdam’s canals and others are leading the way though remain seldomly mentioned.
