The Netherlands are a model when it comes to e-bike uses. In 2015 the sale of e-bikes reached a milestone and broke all turnover records. For the first time the more than 50 percent of sold cars were e-bikes. 57 percent of all bike sales were e-bikes which is around 514 million EUR and 276,000 e-bikes.
