The potential of water as a renewable energy source

For far more than hundred years, water is used for generating energy and meanwhile has become the fourth largest source of electricity in the United States. However, hydropower does not spark the same excitement that solar or wind energy do – but according to a new report, water might have the brightest future among renewable energy sources.
