Toyota and Suzuki started discussing a partnership in October 2016. Today both companies confirmed they would work together in ecological and safety technology. Another area for possible collaboration is information technology as well as products and components supply. Toyota is the leading company in selling gas-electric hybrids and it works on fuel cells and EVs as well.
