Uber Technologies has suspended its ambitious self driving programs after an accident between involving one its autonomous vehicles in Tempe, Arizona. The company has also halted its Pittsburg operations until further investigations. According to the Tempe police, another car failed to yield for the Uber car, causing the autonomous vehicle to flip on its side but the Uber car was not responsible for the accident.
