Udacity plans to build open-source self-driving car

Udacity, an online educational organization, intends to build its own autonomous vehicle as part of its recently created self-driving car engineering nanodegree program. According to Sebastian Thrun, one of the founders of Udacity, the company aims to open source the resulting technology which would enable anyone to build their own self-driving car.
