The enterprise Edible Garden City has used under-utilized spaces and grew gardens on rooftops for farming purposes in Singapore. Edible Garden City provides local restaurants with locally grown food and herbs to guarantee fresh and high quality food which would be imported otherwise. It once started as a small initiative. Since then it has been expanding steadily.
