VivoPower (USA) Development, subsidiary to VivoPower International, has signed a joint venture agreement with Innovative Solar Systems to realize solar projects worth 1.8 GW in the U.S. Innovative Solar Systems is to develop 37 projects while VivoPower will handle design, financing and construction.
The partners said that this is only the beginning of what will maybe amount to 5 GW worth of solar projects every year in the future.
