As Black Friday comes closer, many people in the US are thinking about buying new items. Among the most favourite ones are electronic gadgets as a recent study reveils. So the question arises of what will happen to smartphones that are not broken but anyway replaced by a newer version. 45 percent of people who plan to buy a new phone want to trade their old one for an upgrade or will put it on a retail website. Another 25 percent stated that they would give it to a family member or friend or donate it. 14 percent indicated that their old smartphone would be kept without any usage.
