Enel Green Power North America has signed an agreement worth $365 million in tax equity to develop the 300-megawatt Rock Creek wind farm in Missouri, US. The plant is expected to start its operation by the end of this year and is expected to generate around 1,250 gigawatt-hours of electricity annually. Bank of America Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan are the investment partners for the project. Kansas City Power & Light (KCP&L) and KCP&L Greater Missouri Operations Company (GMO) have already signed a Power Purchase Agreement.
