Mobility changes the way of working. Security becomes more complex and is increasingly threatened and billions of things will join the cloud network over the next years. Hence, the U.S. company Cisco is developing a self-driving enterprise network that is fully virtualized and software-defined. It’s underlying infrastructure is open, flexible, plastic and automated. Moreover, it is easy to program and monitors and corrects itself. The networkd is calles “Digital Network Architecture” (DNA). DNA is able to speak and listen in business language and adjusts to the speed of business. User, device, application and process onboarding are fully automated.
