Brevan Jorgenson is a senior at the University of Nebraska and he constructed a self-driving Honda Civic which only cost 700 USD. Jorgenson became an early beta tester for Comma Neo which is the kit from self-driving car technology. He just had to download the beta Android app Chffr which records the driving.
