Honda has presented their new Honda Urban EV Concept and a Smart Power Sharing system at the Frankfurt motor show (IAA) this week.
While Honda is quite late to join competitors for the EV market, the Urban EV is set to hit soon. “This is not some vision of the distant future. A production version of this car will be here in Europe in 2019,” Honda’s CEO told the press at the IAA. Honda makes no mention of the car having autonomous driving capability.
With their Smart Power Sharing system, Honda is looking to propagate vehicle-to-grid (V2G) connectivity.
