IBM and Pfitzer draw on big data for medical research

The big data technology of IBM will be applied to improve Pfizer’s research in immuno-oncology. Big data and literature from different sources will be analyzed by the technology to find new ways of drug indications and targets as it can find hidden patterns in existing scientific documents.
