Michelin to acquire NexTraq; pushing forward its sustainable growth strategy

NexTraq is a US provider of commercial fleet telematics, in an all-cash transaction and provides solutions for driver safety, fuel management and enhancing fleet productivity. Michelin announced the acquisition of NexTraq to push the growth of its service business. It also announced that it wants to double its revenue in service activities by 2020.
