SmartCar has developed TeslaBot, a chatbot that is synced with either the Tesla Model S or the Tesla Model X. Using TeslaBot, the customer can interact with their car on desktop, getting all kinds of information or even controlling the car in limited ways. “We used a Machine Learning engine to train it to the thousands of ways people may ask something. We’re excited to see what developers will build on the SmartCar platform in the future,” said Sahas Katta, founder of SmartCar.
The company is already working together with Hyundai on the Ioniq platform to take the bot to its limits.
