We Turn Smartphones Into Parking Sensors!
ParkTAG applies predictive analytics technology to detect and foresee user mobility behaviour in real-time.
Our vision is to end parking hassle for everyone. According to statistics, finding parking space is a global problem for about 290 million people. While trying to find a parking spot, vehicles spend 1% of all fossil fuels. In big cities, where parking demand highly exceeds supply, the issue is even more severe. In sum, making the search for a parking spot more efficient, saves time, money and resources.
Our service: Identifying vacant parking spaces
The idea is to use smartphones as parking sensors and to make it a community-based solution where everyone can help accelerate the search for parking. The application enables drivers to save 15 minutes every day. In cooperation with the most forward thinking app publishers, car manufacturers and the mobility supply chain, we work hard to solve the parking hassle for you.

Select and drive to the parking space of your choice

Let the app run in the background so that others also find the spaces you vacate
Based on an auto-detection algorithm, the application finds free parking spots in your surroundings and can navigate you there. This means that ParkTAG detects, in real time, parking spots that are available or will become available in the near future. You will see upcoming spots up to 10 minutes before other drivers. Unlike other applications, ParkTAG shows curbside parking spots and not just private parking. The app works via community involvement and is free of charge for your. The more users the better it becomes. Just by opening the app you are automatically contributing to the community.
