By 2035 the world’s largest smart city is expected to be finalized in the Filipino capital. Named the New Manila Bay – City of Pearl, the 407-hectares project is to attract almost one million local and international residents as well as business and commerce. The project which is led by an international consortium together with the city of Manila aims at stimulating social mobility for Filipinos.
